Summer Job as an Administrator in Skövde

We are looking for driven students to work with administration for our client in Skövde during the summer of 2025. In your role as an administrator, you will support the administrative department with tasks such as registering freight documents, invoicing, payments, and orders. Our client is an established car dealer in Skövde that sells and services both passenger cars and commercial vehicles.

This assignment is a summer job, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting but will perform your work at our client’s location. The estimated start date is in May/June when you will go through an introduction and should be able to work 1-2 days a week, then you will work full-time from week 24 to 33. It is a requirement that you can work throughout the entire period.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for students who want to work with administrative tasks. No specific experience is required, but if you have previously worked with finance or administration, that is a plus. As a person, you should be meticulous, structured, and efficient; you are quick on the keyboard and preferably have good computer skills. You should also be humble, unpretentious, and have a positive attitude towards work. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement for this position as you will communicate daily via email. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30.
